The first step towards working together is filling out an enquiry form. This will just ask a few questions about what you’re looking for so I can get a better understanding of how I can help you prior to the application call.
After I have reviewed your enquiry form, we will then have a 30 minute zoom call where we will go over your enquiry form and how I can help you achieve your goals
Once the application call is over, you’ll then receive a proposal with your custom package that I have created to fit your business goals. This will also include information on things like payment plans, next steps and much more!

Once you choose a package that is best suited for your business, I will send you the official Agreement for working together. Once the Agreement is reviewed and signed by you, I will then send you your first invoice to pay the initial deposit.

Please note: I cannot start ANY work until this step is complete, so please make sure you complete this in a timely manner, so we can stay on schedule.
I will send you a welcome email that details all of the next steps. Fair warning ─ the welcome email contains lots of information, but it’s important to read it thoroughly to not miss a step!
The welcome email will include:
- Onboarding Packet
- Your Unique Google Drive Folder
- & so much more!
Whilst I plan your social media strategy, you will be uploading all your brand assets - such as your logos, fonts, imagery, videos, etc into your Google Drive folder. This only applies for the social media management service.

This is the super exciting part!
I will then begin to create your content calendar for the first 2 weeks of posting. I will then get you to approve all ideas before I then start content creation or graphic design.
Once approved, I will then start designing and editing to get your approval, before I start officially posting!
At the end of each month we will have a call, just to go over any feedback etc. You will also get monthly reports on how well your social media is doing
